This travel package was accepted over the phone and there was no mention of how long you had to cancel. There was also no mention of the following info from their website:

A refundable security deposit of up to $200.00 is required at the time of check in at the resort and will be refunded at check-out minus applicable damages and/or fees incurred as a result of or your stay in the accommodations assigned to you. Refundable deposits are only accepted in the form of a credit or debit card (No Cash) and will be credited back to payment method provided at time of check in.

I also was not informed of the following info from their website:

To participate you must be at least 23 years of age and gainfully employed. If married both husband and wife must attend the tour and sales presentation together. Non-married couples must travel and attend the tour together. Full time students do no qualify for this offer, unless they meet and can verify the stated income requirement as noted in the Terms of Promotion.

At the time of the phone conversation, I informed Lucy Remy that I was unemployed and that my daughter (who would be traveling with me) was only 20 years of age, had part-time employment and was a full-time student.

I just called to see if I could cancel this travel package since I am unemployed and awaiting a decision on disability/SSI income. This company has taken 5 payments of $49 directly from my bank account since March 2007 and have never sent me one piece of information fully explaining all terms - not in the mail and not via e-mail. I cannot afford this and one of my traveling companions will not be 23 within the 18-month timeframe they offered over the phone.

I feel really stupid for trusting this company, I normally would not accept these kinds of offers over the phone. I 'assumed' that some communication outlining all details of this offer would be forthcoming.

After calling them today (seeing that another payment had been withdrawn from my liimited funds), now I receive an e-mail. The telephone response I received about cancellation was that this is "non-refundable". Again, this information was never provided to me.
