Summer Bay gave me a chance to experience the indifference that large corporations put toward their customers. Once you sign the papers they will treat you the way they want!!! First of all me being naive signed the papers. Most importantly the company did not full fill the package deal that we paid for and decided to not even give us the tickets they promised.We got the tickets when they told us "Let me see if we still have Disney world tickets". They knew they had them but used them as an incentive to keep us on edge.  On top of that when we brought that to their attention of the upgraded package they neglected to recognize this and kept the money without giving us the package show and meal that they promised. Later when we called they were RUDE and said were not giving you anything and hung up! I was told God wanted me to have this. I was prolonged on a 2 to 3 hour tour when the presentation was suppose to be 30 to 90 min. I had my kids at the hotel without food which didn't seem to concern the sales representative and there was no explanation of the papers i was signing but a REPETITIOUSNESS chanting of an young female that went like this"by law I am supposed to give you a copy of the papers you sign". By the time I was done with the vacation there was maybe 2 or 3 days until we had to cancel the contract. HOW CONVENIENT!!! So i contacted timeshare advocates and he helped regain control a small part of my hectic life. He was helpful until the point that we resolved the issue. Or should I say I thought. After the "cease" letter they agreed upon they still had the audacity to put it on my credit as if we didn't even resolve it!
