SUMMER BAY RESORTS COMPLETE SCAM!!!!! They STEAL your money!!!!!! Clermont, Florida

I was contacted by Summer Bay Resorts directly, to purchase a very 'reasonable' vacation package that included several different segments: One was in Florida, one was a Bahamas cruise, and then there were 3 separate short 2-night stays at any of their properties in the US. At the time of purchase, my husband was on a 15 month tour in Iraq, so I asked if I could bring my mother along instead of my husband. They said no problem! (I actually spoke to 3 people about this). They said the only stipulations are that the travelers be over 23 years old, and that there is more than one of you. They said very specifically, I did not have to travel with my spouse. So, I paid for the package, fully excited about it. Well, I call today to book my vacation with my mother, and they tell me I'm not allowed to use the package I already PAID for unless I bring my husband. I told them what they told me before about traveling with anyone I wanted, but they still refused. I asked them to go refer to the recorded call we had, including the 3 people's names, and the date of the call. They would not let me hear the call, and would not bring it up. I asked for a refund since I was lied to and they said no. This is a MAJOR scam.... they will tell you WHATEVER you want to hear as long as you buy their package. Now I'm stuck having to sue them just to get my $ back. Any attorneys out there wish to help me? I have ALL documentation. And people, under ANY circumstances, do not EVER do business with Summer Bay Resorts, or any of their partners. They will just take your $ and run. Oh yeah, and the guy I spoke to on the phone told me this purchase was FULLY REFUTABLE when taking my money. Guess that was a lie too. When I spoke to 'quality assurance', they had no idea what I was talking about. RUN AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! THEY ARE THE BIGGEST LIARS I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN THIS BUSINESS!!!!!
