Summer Bay Resorts rude lying cheating company and staff. Clermont Florida

I was excited about this fax I received so I called the 800 number they were sooo nice and was happy to answer all my questions. They pretty much promised me everything about my vacation but left out all the fees that were "not associated" with them like the taxes and the port charges and that you have to use your vacations in a certain order. I was also promised a fee Hawaii stay and I never received that either.

I used my package and took a family trip to Orlando, the hotel we stayed in was not clean, smelled, it was very full and you could not get a good nights sleep and the breakfast they promised was some cereal and old fruit. It looked nothing like the pictures, the pools and the ammenties it seemed as if they were telling you about another place because they WERE. There is always upgrades of course they cost more then they dont tell you about you pay nightly taxes at the hotel as well. They promised transportation to and from the parks..... good thing we rented a vehicle because I never once saw these busses. They told us everything was in walking distance NOT. Then we had to go to this seminar which took up our whole Saturday they said would only last and hour to and hour and a half we told them no, we had something similar to this and they were still pressuring to buy and then they talked down to you like you are stupid. Terrible sales tactics and a waste of time, the sales people were horrible.

Next time I called this place after I had purchased the package and taken a trip I inquired about a cruise that I had I was thinking you really cant mess up a cruise. I called several times asked questions and was hung up on they didnt want to help me out with my trip and they said unless I have the dates and the money which this was the first time they had told me I wanted more details because of the previous issues that took place. I was on hold for sometime and had to call back because I kept getting hung up on. I guess after they sale you, they dont get commission anymore so they dont have time to help you. I spoke with the manager and the same thing here.... I got no where stuck with paying all this money and I really saved nothing but wasted a whole lot of time. I would never go with this company again! They are liars and they make false promised and then after you pay the truth comes out.
