Summer Winds David Walley's Resort and Hot Springs is a consumer scam. Not only was the hotel and service not up to decent standards (no hot water, mediocre rooms) but the customer service by Tracy and Donna Waters were below standard. After being mislead, I was told that I had to be cohabiting with my partner to be presented with the timeshare presentation/gift and based on the fact that I was going to be a returning student I would not qualify for the income requirements…talk about inequality! Tracy could not be further from her misconceptions! She did NOTHING to accommodate me and failed to promote high quality customer service. Instead she referred to me Donna Waters- Donna did not return my two voicemails- proving to me that she too does not care about quality customer service. Someone needs to take action against this company ASAP. DO NOT do business with David Walley's or Summer Winds!
