To all Sunmount employees, either in the facility or in the community, your job status is in question. Whether you have worked for one year or twenty, they can move you at a moments notice. If your supervisor and one other staff person takes a dislike to you, they could set you up and have you moved to another facility without just cause. They use the unknown factor at their own discretion whenever it suits their needs. As for help from the Union, they tell you you're getting paid when you're put out on administrative leave for something you didn't do so just wait and be patient.

In other words, they aren't any help at all. They don't want to make waves, even though you pay them to be on your side. When questioned about job security, they tell you your job security is your paycheck not the location you are working at. So don't get comfortable where you're currently working at, because the next day, you could be transfered elsewhere, and you have no say in it.
