Sunset Harbor Resort 10/2011 Sales told us we were converting another timeshare To points, but we needed to sign up with RCI credit card& SH II LuxuRt Condo charged us $10,298.00 & we would get money back in 60 days or less & 120,000 pts would be added to our acct. Willis Texas

In Sep of 2011, we went to presentation to switch to points for our timeshare. We were told the points would be $120,000 because of Banked Weeks. They signed us  with RCI credit card & said we would only have to be charged $10,298.00 for adm., but money would be credited back in 30 days.

Well, we never saw our money again and our timeshare never went to points and we became owners of a second timeshare we never wanted at Sunset Harbor.

we spoke and corresponded with at 3 or 4 different corporate mgmt companies this past 3 yrs and we thought things were getting corrected with the points only. We realized the 10k plus was gone.

our Sunset Deed did not have our grown kids added & we were told we needed to sign a Special Warranty Deed before they could fix the problem correctly.

Now RCI has dropped us because we have not paid 2014 dues. We paid 2013 and were never sent a correct Deed or a statement for 2014 dues. We called a few times and were told wait till new Mgmt. Takes over. Last week new Mgmt says we never paid any Maintance and we gave timeshare back.

we would never throw away a investment away over maintenance dues.
