Sunset Harbor Resort Participates, supports time-share scams Willis, Texas

Sunset Harbor Resorts in Willis, TX has been a willing participant in re-selling foreclosed time shares.  More specifically, someone employed by them, Mr. BJ Cooke seems to be their source for doing so.  I understand he was also employed, at one time, by Fox River Resorts, performing the scam there as well.  I am in the process of finding out just how many places he's committed this scam. 

I have contacted Sunset Harbor on numerous occasions, but they refuse to return my calls and are totally unwilling to be of any assistance.  Supposedly under new management, I'm sure they'd like to wipe their hands clean, but it's too late for that.  They knew these scams were happening and just continued to rake in the profits.  Stay away from their time-shares, any sales tactics, their resort.  They are not on the up and up.

I am also trying to get them removed from their affiliation with RCI and ARDA.  These organizations should not allow them to reap benefits of their connection to them.
