Superior Moving & Storage WORST MOVE EVER - TOTAL BREACH OF CONTRACT Pompano Beach, Florida

This company is anything but professional. We paid for their 'blue ribbon-white glove' service and got anything but. Total breach of contract and we have proof.  Upon packing... Truck drivers are their 'professional' packers, did not allow ample time to pack & load (causing delay in closing), did not crate items agreed by co (ex; lg. mirrors, flat screen tv's, glass top tables), did not wrap/pad furniture, ran out of boxes & supplies, ran out of room on truck due to poor loading (had to rent uhaul, load ourself and give away other items).

Upon storing... we paid for 'AC storage' found out by someone in office it was left on truck (for a month in Miami summer heat). Upon delivery.... some items taken off truck damp and moldy, when opening boxes - either half empty with items not wrapped causing many valuables broken or over packed boxes with the only protection on the top was tape, candles thrown in various boxes on top of clothing, decorative pillows, books... causing oil stains on all. Floral arrangements completely ruined, virtually every piece of furniture has dints, dings, or water damage, virtually every box opened had some sort of damaged item in it, they were unable to put most furniture back together b/c they lost the parts (also didn't bring a drill)...the list goes on and I've only gone through half the boxes at this point.

I am taking pictures as I open each box. We asked a 'professional' moving service to come and evaluate our move for legal reasons. He said this topped his list for the worst he has seen and paperwork was inadequate and contradicting.  If you value you personal items - do not use this company!! And, dealing with their staff is like dealing w/ Peggy from the Discover commercial... you will get nowhere and nothing buy lies.  They did not offer the professional services listed in binding agreement causing this to be a breach of contract.
