superior moving and storage engages in very bad business practice, are cold, calculation and hard tactics. Even after purchasing seperate insurance they denied a claim, which they knew happened but are attempting to ignore it. This company should not be allowed to operate since they are basically stealing money from consumers by not delivering on their portion of the contract. I am going to look into pressing criminal charges against the owner, co-owner, and a few workers employed there.

I believe the company and its owners are reluctant to pay off a seperate insurance claim, paid for by me because they do not have the seperate insurance. Many of our pocessions were damaged with an item destroyed beyond repair. This company, even though they know this for a fact is trying to weasel out probably hoping we will go away. We will not go away and are seeking help from Legal Council, Government agencies, A Senator, Congressmann and possibly the IRS - every company has a skeleton to hide, the service can find it. Hopefully we can spark some interest with the media and bring other poor souls whom this company has ripped off and get justice for them also.

We have decided that next time we make a move we will hire a truck and use friends and family - may take a few more hours to load but everything will get on the truck and arrive safely - when we want it to arrive, not the whim of some moving company.

We emplore those comtemplating hiring a moving company to scale down the belongings - if you havn't used the item for one or more years maybe you should sell or donate it. Try to move yourself. Do not get caught up with heartless cheats who will get theirs down the road and burn in hell forever for their bad deeds.
