Superior Moving & Storage A Superior Move SCAMMERS & LIARS - Far from 'Superior' Pompano, Florida

What a joke Superior Moving & Storage is.  Their A rating is bogus 15 out of 26 complaints were not resolved and yet the BBB still gives them an A.  They deserve an F-.  Fortunately for us, VISA agreed this company scammed us after I provided proof and the credit was issued back to our account. (Lesson to be learned, dont give them cash we are still out $3000).  In summary, Superior lied and was deceptive through out our experience with them.  The amount of damage they created is unimaginable.  They did not arrive in sufficient time to pack and load our house; did not provide professional packers; did not crate any items agreed upon; did not wrap breakables before boxing; did not pad wrap all furnishings. Our belongings were not put in storage (delivered damp, mildewed, melted).  Their paperwork was inaccurate.  They did not reassemble furniture stated in contract.  Do not use this company if you value your personal belongings.  They arent that competitive in pricing that it is worth the risk.  Superior Moving & Storage is a corrupt company and will lie even when the truth is laid in front of them (and I do mean bold face lies).  I have filed complaints to Florida Dept of Consumer Affairs and also Dept of Transportation, as well as VISA and the BBB (FYI - BBB of Southeast FL is a corrupt as the companies they represent).
