Supply Connection Another Rip-Off from Gulfport Mississippi

Well, I have to say I'm fairly impressed. 9.5 times out of 10, no one gets by me! But when "Jay Elliott" called from Supply Chain and said he had spoken to my Controller (and mentioned him by name) I was sucked-in to the whole thing. He knew so many details that I am now finding-out is rather common for all places these people have called.

The thing that got me was that he said he had spoken to the Controller and that our Controller "approved" the prices and the quantities. He said he was just making sure that the items were OK as the Controller said to double check with me since I order the supplies.

I asked for a number to call this Jim Elliott back and he gave me 228-863-8444. I've tried that number time and time again and keep getting a recording stating that number is no longer in service with no forward number. Does anyone have the number to actually leave a message or get in touch w/ someone?

I've already let our Receiving Clerk know to refuse any shipments from this company.
