Just to be clear, the original ordering process was simple and parts of the order arrived promptly. And, they provided prompt notification and a refund for an item they could no longer ship to me. However, that item and another item combined to become a single device. So without the one item, the other item was of no use. I sent an email, as they don't take calls, asking to return the swivel in the following order, I included a copy of the order that only had two items in it, and only one was described as a swivel. They replied they did not understand my request, and it was all down hill from there. They were rude, abusive, and unprofessional. I placed orders totaling $1200 at about the same time, and the two parts we are talking about were only $48. Hard to imagine they wanted to kiss off any possible repeat business over the $14 swivel, but they did. I would have bought elsewhere if I had checked here first, my experience is exactly as everyone else suggests.
