Sweet N Sassy Ink Owner Kristen Amodio took an online order for personalized stationery/printed childrens items from me totaling $46 and sent me nothing in return. Has ignored scores of emails, her phone never picks up, and I turned the matter over to the NH BBB. She has 51 complaints on file, and she ignored both of their complaint notices to her. We have now filed a complaint with NH Dept of Justice. Northwood New Hampshire

I made an online purchase on 6/2/09 Invoice No. 1676346. Payment was made by cc for $43.75 plus $6.00 shipping. The product proofs never arrived; I had to contact vendor by email demanding to know where they were. I finally received proofs & approved three proofs on June 8 and was told by owner Kristen Amodio that my order would "ship immediately." Two weeks passed and nothing arrived. She ignored multiple emails from me and her business voicemailbox is always "full and can no longer accept messages."

After filing a complaint with NH BBB and my credit card company on June 24, Ms. Amodio generated what I believe to be a fake USPS shipping notice w/tracking number that evening. The Post Office has no tracking information available for the tracking number she provided. I spoke with a Northwood NH PO employee who told me that if the Priorty Shipping package actually existed and had been shipped out by her on June 24 as she claimed, it should've arrived in 1-3 days "maxium". It's now August 4th and there has still been no communication nor package from her.

The BBB sent her two notices on my behalf demanding that she respond to the complaint, both of which she ignored. ps It's now August 4th and there has still been no communication nor packages from her. According to the BBB, Sweet n Sassy Ink has 51 complaints registered against them, with an "F" rating. We have now referred it to the NH DoJ.
