Kristen Amodio Sweet-n-Sassy Ink Ruined my son's 2nd Birthday Party!!! Scammed mother gets No invitations!!! Northwood, Internet New Hampshire

I was very impressed by the samples on the website: http://sweet-n-sassyink.com. Kristen Amodio, the owner of the company, had great products, good prices and I was quite pleased with the testimonials on the web-site. On April 3, 2009, I placed an order for personalized ELMO invitations, candy bar wrappers, and personalized mailing labels for my precious baby boy's 2nd birthday. On that same day I received two emails from Kristen. One was a thank you email and the other was a return receipt/purchase confirmation email. Five days later on April 8, 2009, I was pleased to receive the PROOF email. I returned an email that indicated that I was confirming the order and stated that I wanted her to PRINT MY ORDER. I had paid the shipping fee for the items to arrive in 3-5 business days.

On April 19th, I began to REALLY worry so I e-mailed Kristen. I got no response from her. On April 21st, I called and got a message "voice mail is full". On April 22nd, I got her machine and left her a message asking her to email me or to call me in response to the "missing" items. I left another message on her website on April 23rd. At this point, I was so hurt and disappointed and beginning to wonder if I had been scammed. Finally, on April 24th, I did a search on-line and discovered several other complaints about Kristen Amodio. Many other people have gone through this stress too!!!

I called Kristen again on April 24, 2009 and this time the voicemail was working! I left a message and then wrote my testimonial on her website.
I wish none of this had to happen! All I wanted was my son's personalized ELMO items for his wonderful ELMO party. I have been so consumed by anger, disappointment, and stress that I have not been able to enjoy this special and joyous occasion. I hope that Kristen stops doing business if this is the way she feels customers are allowd to be treated! It is unfortunate that her talent is being wasted with such bad business maneuvers.

I hope that this does not happen to any other parent! I would not wish this on anyone!!!
