Ordered a pool replacement cartridge in total amt. of 50.47 (which supposively had free shipping) also included a handling fee, had to return item, pay 15.00 shipping, took 30 days for refund, I was returned 20.17- charged me 25% restock fee and the shipping they claimed to have paid when sent to me...It is a ripoff , they made 30.00 scott free!
