Swimming Pools Etc. no customer support Rancho Cardova, California

I ordered a factory rebuild kit for a polaris 180, from swimmingpoolsetc.com all the parts were correct except for the outer bag. The drawing in the instructions showed the correct bag that attached with velcro, but the one that was sent has 2 small ears that snap into a hole.  When I called to report this problem, the customer service girl told me to call a company called Zodiac Pool Supply, which I did and they told me they can not talk to me about this that I had to call the company I ordered from, ( talk about a run around ). This was ordered June 6, and received June 11, also was ordered on the web, put on my credit card they debit the card within hours. I have called and e-mailed but haven't received any information or instructions as to a solution for this wrong part.
