As you may have read online, on this website and others, this company makes high-priced charges and has unbelievably bad and downright rude customer service. 

I called the company and spoke with a person named John who would not give me his last name. The entirety of the conversation was with this "customer service representative" yelling at me. I asked him why he continues to raise his voice when I am asking questions about the charges and he got even angrier. I asked for a supervisor and he said a supervisor will contact me within 3-5 business days but only via e-mail. I asked him about a charge of $168.99 and he continued to yell over the phone and tell me that my story "sounds fishy." I asked repeatedly if I can please speak to a supervisor and he said that he is the only person there and that no supervisor is available. I asked if the supervisor can call me instead of email me and he said "how many times do I have to tell you that she will email you." 

I am always weary of small companies like this where there is only one person around, no authority to speak to, and takes your money and yells at you afterward.

My story seems to be similar to other people that have dealt with this company. I was forced to call my bank to stop the payment. I have never written a review on any of these sites but I wanted to warn others so they don't have to go through the same experience. Take your business elsewhere.
