Tax Defense Network mishandled my case, I found another firm that did what they said.

When I requested a refund they were only going to refund about half of what I paid.

I contacted the BBB, (Better Business Bureau, they say I have to settle this matter by arbitration.

After my rebuttal to Tax Defense Network's unfair reply. they refuse to refund more.
