 I am currently a sales rep here and I am writing this because I see what damage is being caused to clients and Im on the way out. When someone calls in for help they speak with silver slick tongued consultants. Not licensed tax pros. Simply sales reps that will state that they will negotiate with the IRS on ones behalf for a huge fee. For example a NON Disclosue Installment Agreement takes one call from a CPA or Attorney or Enrolled Agent. The company charges based on your debt amount. What is horrible is the fact that they have us pitch the client that we can settle the debt for less than owed amd protect them along the way from garnishments or bank levies. I have clients that call me in tears after we bring the case on and they still get garnished. I feel horrible but I have to work. The company has us go for a large fee to get started and thats how I get paid is when the client pays the first fee. If they cant afford it we do a Network deal and sub contract the svcs. to a 3rd party. All in all people drop the ball constantly but nobody forgets to get the first payment. This place is a scam and you can do this all on your own. Dont get scammed by this company.
