I hired this company to represent me in issues with the IRS. I was given a guarntee by a man named Jeff Klinger. After 1 week of hiring them and paying 9500 dollars the lead agent from Tax Inc. by the name of Yuliya Diaconn, contacted me and said I needed to hire a tax attorney because they could not help me. At this point I contacted Jeff Klinger and he told me good luck in trying to get my money back and was very rude and smart mouthed.
