Tax Scam Calling on behalf of the IRSBrenda Martin Miscalculated taxes, you owe or you will be arrested calling from India Nationwide

You get a call or they leave a message saying to call about tax issue. Call back # 888-855-7251

They have your name and address, (once you confirm they will transfer you to Brenda Martin) and say they have "Received a legal petition notice of Tax Fraud".

You owe money to the IRS for miscalculating your taxes, from 2008 - 2012.  The audit shows that you owe $5,000 and you have 4 violations these are:

1. Violation of Tax Laws

2. IRS Code

3. Theft by deception

4. Willfill misrepresentation to the government

If you do not take care of this in the next 30 minutes, the sheriff will come to your house and arrest you or you could go fight this at the courthouse and it will cost you $50,000 and you will spend $52,000 and get arrested and put in jail for 8 months and 22 days.  Put a lien on your house, deport you, take away your passport.

If you don't want to get arrested you have to do the following:

1. Call back on cell phone, so they can keep you on the line.

2. Keep confidential, don't tell anyone

3. Drive to the bank and withdraw $5,000
