TCA Fulfillment Services, Inc. Issued a fraudulent rebate check for $100; never received another (different) rebate check for $120. New Rochelle New York

Purchased two Western Digital Hard Drives from CompUSA within the last 9 months that had rebates ($120 and $100). Mailed in all rebate material as required.

Never received the first rebate for $120. TCA Fulfillment customer service says a check was mailed .. they won't discuss it further, even though I told them I never received nor cashed such a check.

The second check for $100 was fraudulent, and cannot be cashed at any back because the Bank Routing Code is fake, and the check was not printed using standard routing code fonts (it looks like it was printed on somebody's home printer).

Called TSA Fulfillment several times, only to get extremely rude customer service personnel who told me to return the original bad check (i.e. the evidence). I explained that I cannot return the original, a representative at the State Attorneys office suggested that I send a photo copy; since the check cannot be cashed anyway, and I may need the original in the future. TCA Fulfillment hung up the phone on me in mid sentence while explaining this.

This company should be investigated! They are ripping off consumer's BIG TIME!
