If it sounds to good to be true, believe that it is to good to be true. Kyle gave me a call back in early November 2015. I had been receiving multiple calls from this number for months prior, so today I was finally going to listen to the sales pitch. The pitch sounded good.  My antennea was up, but I still listened. I was offered the opportunity to become the REO agent in the area, and that he currently had 3 properties that were going to become available on the market, but were not yet assigned to a realtor.

If I was interested in his proposal, he would give me the bpo orders today, and I would then be assigned the listings once they were completely processed. I would have a $449 registration fee, due today, and this would offset initial expenses associated with the listing, and I would be reimbursed at the close of escrow.  I would not be paid for the bpo's since I would be receiving the listing in just weeks. If i didn't get the listing after all, I would then receive payment of $60 per bpo completed.

On Feb 3, I received yet another call from their office.  Kyle no longer worked there and I was now speaking with a new rep.  She informed me that the $449 paid was only a deposit for the first listing, and that I was required to pay $449 per listing assignment I would receive. And I was due a minimum of $449 for the second listing assigned to me.  I informed her that I was not given this information with the intial call, and I will not be giving them any more funds until I receive the listings already agreed on.  I informed her to send over the listing info today, or reimburse my initial funds.  The conversation became very agressive on her part, and it was more than clear to me that I have been dupped.

I have not heard back from them since, nor have I received any listings as promised.

Do yourself a favor, don't give away any money to these folks.  They are not what they promise.
