 I wrote them three times and never received my product. Here is example of one of the letters I sent this company. To whom this may concern: I have not received my package yet. Was told it would was delivered on November 5th, 2016. Your company have taken the amount of $24.99 and I do not have the item. Please resend the item. Or let me know when it will be shipped to my home. I live at (((REDACTED))) Indiana (((REDACTED))). If I don't receive my package in a few days I will contact the Better Business Bureau in my state.
