I ordered online what I thought was a great deal: a Nikon camera with 2 lenses and a LOT of other accessories for $447.  I was sent four emails asking that I call an 888 number to confirm my order.  All four were "form" emails and the sender didn't fill in his name where it should have been until the fourth email.  That should have been a red flag there...

I called the number and a man came on and quickly said, "Please hold" without waiting for a response from me.  When he came back on, he asked my order number and confirmed it.  Then he asked which battery I wanted, the 2-hour or the 5-hour, and that one was $89 and the other was $119.  I told him I wanted the 5-hour.

Then he asked if I wanted to change out the lenses for genuine Nikon lenses since the ones included were "third shelf."  I told him that I was content with the lesser lenses that were included, that I'm not a professional and don't need over the top equipment.  He kept pushing me to get the lenses and got really rude.

At last he gave me a total and it came to $699.  I said, "Wait!  How did it get to $699 from $447?!?"  So he listed everything that I was getting.  He hadn't told me that the battery charger was an additional $90!  I told him that I had a $500 budget and that was just too much.  He snidely asked me why I ordered the battery then.

I told him to take off everything except the deal for $447 and he belittled me and asked how I was going to operate a camera without a battery.  He kept talking and talking and got HIS price down to $599 and asked, "Where's my thank you?"

At this point I asked if I could cancel my order and he said I could.  So I did.  He would not give me a confirmation number for the cancelation and he hung up on me.

After talking to him, I checked a couple different websites and found the products he wanted to sell me at almost half the price he was offering.  My advice to anyone buying a camera online is not to even consider this company!
