This company is the biggest ripoff! Bait and switch anyone? They are (still) advertising an Olympus Tough TG 850 for $189. When you call to place the order they tell you that you have to pay extra for a battery and charger. When you tell them that this camera c ones with one, they become belligerent.I figured I would buy a battery online so I decided to place the order online giving them my credit card info.about 5 minutes after I placed the order, I got a phone call telling me that this camera is sold out but they have the American version with directions in English AND a battery for $249. I should have run for the hills h e 're, but I placed the order.When I looked at my account and saw that they had charged me $10. More than quoted and that the order had not been sent out almost a week later, I called to cancel my order. I was told that I would have to pay a 10% cancellation fee....remember they have not even shipped this camera out. While I am speaking with Mr. Belligerent I ask him if this is a brand new camera in its original packaging,he tells me that is is in a plain white box but it is new. Why no packaging from Olympus. When I tell him that I am not paying him a cancellation fee for something he has never shipped he and tell him I will not accept delivery for this camera, he says that they will charge me a 20% refuse MERCHANDISE fee! I tell him that I don,t want this camera and I a m not accepting it he says, we are sending your camera unless you sign a form stating that you will pay this cancellation fee and not file a dispute for this charge. THEY HAVE A FORM FOR THIS!!!!!!! What does this tell you???? Stay far away from this company.....I wish I had!
