On May 21, I went online and ordered a camera Package 4, which include a D7100 Camera, a camera cleaning kit, a 4G SD Card, a USB Card Reader, Camera Carrying Case,a 59 inch Photo/Video Full Size Tripod for Nikon AW100 AW110, Nikon 28-80mm f/3.3-5.6G Autofocus Nikkor Lens , Nikon 70-300mm f/4.0-AF Zoom Nikkor Lens, Professional Monopod-Floor Standing,Digital Slave Flash For Use With Digital or Film Cameras, Universal Digital Camera Screen Protector, Deluxe Lens Pouch for SLR Lens, Cap Keeper, Memory Card Wallet, Wireless Remote for Digital SLR, and All Weather Deluxe All Weather SLR Camera Backpack Case.
The cost for the entire Package was $954 before. Taxes. On May 22, 2014 I received a email saying I need to contact James in order to complete my order. I called and he said they need to verify my 3 digit card code on the back. He said I put in a different number. Then I asked about a warranty and he said I could get a warranty. I also asked to change my order to over night. He said everything was good to go.
He also read off the list of items in my order, which was everything above. The next day I only received the D7100 body, a 8G SD Card, the card reader, the cleaning Kit and the 5year warranty. I called and was told the rest is coming from a different warehouse and would still come on the current day of May 23rd. I did not receive the rest of the items. I finally received a package on May 27. This package was completly wrong, it was either the wrong items of double of what I already received.
This package included another 5 year Warranty, another cleaning kit, and small camera carrying case, a 50inch Photo Tripod and 18-55mm AK Nikkor Lens. I called about my shipment and the customer service person first didn't allow me to talk, then when I finally got him to understand I got the wrong items he asked me what I was supposed to get. I told him what I received versus what came in the package. I told me to keep the 8G SD Card, and the second Card reader, and send the 18-55mm back this after he tried to talk me into keep it instead of getting the Lens that I order. Also I was told to send back the extra warranty and the 50inch Tripod and the small Camera case.
He told me I have to send this back before I can get what I originally ordered and paid for. On May 28 I sent back the items through UPS. May 30 I tried to call and give them the tracking number they told me to call back. Today June 3rd I called about my order and I was told to call back because the manager was not there. I asked about my order and was told I have wait until the manager gets in. He took my number, this was 11AM. I called back a 3PM and only got a voice message that said they are closed for a Jewish holiday. so now I still don't have a partial refund for the items not received or partial overnight that was never overnighted.
