Run do not walk away from TheDigitalPros.com.

The scam is they offer a low price online that looks too good to be true. When you place the order online you will get an email back asking that you contact them by phone and explain that the order will not be placed until you contact them. When you call they will make up some reason why you needed to call CVV code, expiration date, address or something.

After they confirm what you already provided online they will ask you a question like “can I ask why you did not purchase any batteries”.  This is the point that you are up sold. I did not purchase any of the junk they up sold and feel that is the primary reason for the backorder status. The price of the up sells they offer is well above any price you will find online. I was told the camera needed special batteries and if I did not use them and the camera was damaged from leakage of the incorrect battery the repairs would not be covered under the warranty.  This is how they do business. Be aware and move on to a legitimate company.

I sent three emails asking when my order would ship with ZERO responce over a 3 week period. I called twice and spoke to customer service about when my order would ship. The first time I called on 12/3 they told me seven days. When I called seven days later on the tenth they told me two more weeks.
