On 11/29 I purchased an Olympus tough TG2 camera from TheDigitalPros.com for $269 and free shipping.
Later that day I received a call
to confirm my credit card # and the man asked me if I wanted a battery becuase the camera didnt come with one and it would be useless without the battery. He told me it was $39.99 so i agreeded to add it to the purchase.
Today 12/4 I received the camera and loose batrery floating in the poorly packaged box. There was also a charger and cd in the box along with the invoice with a total of $364.95. I called customer service to find out why I was changed so much.
The man on the phone said becuase the battety needed a charger they added that for another 39.99 and then they charged $15 for shipping insurance.
