The Dump Bait and Switch and I am still paying costs for loan , and shipping return. Out by $192.25 even though item was returned Atlanta Georgia

 Bought King size Cabin Bed frames with 3 sets of sides and end drawers on 4/3/2015. I paid some one $100.00 to pick up and put up bed, then called to notify them(The Dump) the same night 4/17/2015 that I was given a cheaper Platform bed instead of the Cabin bed I ordered. The salesman said it would be taken care of but it was a week later,the  weekend before I could speak to anyone in authority about it. I was told to return it and did so the same day 4/24/2015. I  paid  an additional $40.00 to return the bed. The Main Ofice would not Authorize refund of my Delivery fees, but refunded the Cash I paid down . Progressive was suppose tio Finance the balance with a cost to me of $52.25. On receiving the paper work from Progressive, I found out that it was a Lease Purchase from Progressive.

I previously notified Progressive 3 times, twice in writing and once by phone, that the items were returned and they need to stop any withdrawal from my checking Account and Refund the $52.25 which the Dump said they (Progressive) would returned. That has not been done yet and Progressive is taking $142.00+ from my Checking Account. I called the Dump today and asked for a Supervisor and was told they were out to lunch. I am tired of all this run around and losing money because of someone elses greed. 

Buyer Beware, People are what they say they are. They say they are The dump. They are THE DUMP.
