The Dump deliver damage furniture Irving, Texas

On Dec 26 I bought a five piece bedroom set from the dump in Irving Tx. for, my wife  at the cost of 2054.59 she was excite & so was I.The delivery was schedule for the following saturday. I wanted to come and supervise the loading of the furniture at the store because I had work in the furniture business myself and I knew the tricks of the trade.

 The saleperson told me that they didn't allow that so, I wasn't going buy anything from the dump, but my wife had fell in love with this particular bedroom set and the finance terms was good so I decided to make the purchase, what a grand mistake.On saturday Jan.2, 2010 the delivery service arrived on time I was impress.This is the only good thing I have to say about the delivery service.Once they open the truck I saw that the furniture wasn't package right.They had the furniture wraped in these thin blanket.I knew right away that this wasn't good so I ask the delivery guy why the furniture was package this way.He told me that "they had different crew that loaded the delivery trucks."

They started to unload the furniture and brought a chest inside,but they didn't want to unwrap the chest so I unwrap it.Why I was unwraping the chest the delivery guy brought the dresser in.I finish unwraping the chest and it had deep mark on it. The delivery guy acted so susprise when I showed them the mark on the chest then I told them to unwrap the dresser it also was damage.I then called the store and got their voice mail. I called 5 time before I talk to someone in customer service I asked to speak with a manager, I was told he was busy.I told the customer service person that I was senting the order of furniture back to their store.She told me that they was going to send a technician out to assess the damage.I told her that they wasn't sending no one to my house, and they wasn't going to charge me a 20% restocking fee for furniture that they knew was damage before it left the store.

What the dump is doing, sending out damage merchandise with the intent to make you except the damage merchandise or pay them a fee to not take damage goods from them.I will never shop at the dump again and neither should anyone that look for quality service.
