The Guardian Group Fund GGF took the money and after 120 days did nothing - house t/b auctioned off in a few weeks Scottsdale, Arizona

Here's another rip-off story re: GGF. 120 days have come and gone with no results. They took our 1,595 and made promises they have not come close to fulfilling. Our house will be auctioned off in 3 weeks and we have not heard anything from GFF as to what they are trying to do to forestall the foreclosure. Many messages are left with no return calls. Emails, faxes and voicemails have been left. The one and only  message they left was that they will do a short sell first since the foreclosure date is fast approaching.  There has been no contact after that one. No short sell contracts to sign off on, no letter stating what they are doing with the bank. No phone calls; nothing. I can't even talk to a manager to ask for our money back. We are planning to move out now instead of wait until we are put out, thanks to the GGF.
