the hartford DESTROYED EVIDENCE phoenix, Arizona

 i recently had a scrape on my car, and turned it into my insurance company. i knew who had hit me so i simply gave up all of the information. the other drivers insurance company is the hartford. i was instructed by my company to get with stephine in the phoenix office to give a statement. i promptly did, and was told by stephnie, to wait for a call back the next week. i waited, no call. i called and called. when i finally got through, she again told me she would have to get back to me the next week. next week, no call. this happened 4 times. all of the times i spoke to her she COULD have taken my statement. every time i told her that both sides wanted the cars looked at sided by side by an expert as no one had ACTUALLY seen the accident happen. there was paint from my car on his car and it was the ONLY real evidence to prove who hit who. i was told every time that it would get worked out.

 now it is june 21, i got hit in january. a few weeks ago i got frustrated and asked my wife for help. she got the same run around.  so i called again today, only to find out  that they had already fixed the other car, and with no remaining evidence i got denied. they put me off until they fixed the other car, destroyed the evidence, and did nothing for my family. FOUL!!!!!
