Well I got a phone through TMS (The mobile solution), Got 2 lines of service. Well wasnt long til i started getting problems with the phones that I called TMobile Customer care for troubleshooting. Well it turns out my phone was not a tmobile phone and is not supported for the warranty nor any extra services such as Tzones. As soon as I found this out I was steaming, I was so mad.... I Immediately called TMS demanding I get a replacement, they stated they need to research and call tmobile and they would call me back.
Well 1 hour later they call me and leave a message stating that its an old phone tmobile no longer carries (keep in miond tmobile just told me that they dont support the phone nor have it) and they would go through a warranty swap and give a phone of equal value. I then called back and started the exchange process. They told me I would recieve an email with a form to fill out and I would need to send it back.
3 days went by I never recieved this email, I called back and they said that they would send the email out that day. I waited checked email at the end of day still no email. Finally i got the email 2 days later!!!!
Once recieving the email I read what i had to fill out and it stated that I would recieve the same exact phone with the exchange! I dont want the same phone thats why i started the EXchange!
I called TMS yet again to be told by ANgie that they dont replace with other phones only the same one and there was never any notes stating i would get any other phone.
So now I am stuck with a Piece of Crap phone that I cant use any Features with!!!! Anyone looking to use TMS DONT!!! THEY LIE SCAM They are very frustrating and their hold time is 45 minutes.... I will never buy from TMS nor recommend this company.
After writing this I also called TMobile letting them know the type of service TMS gives. Hope they shut them down or something!!

i am so seroius about this, Mobile Solutions is really the biggest scam artists, there rude and scandelous. they will do anything for a new contract. they always tell tmobile customers to cancel there current contracts so that they can get them a better deal on handsets. its disgusting and when the customers do this they get charged ETFs and they never get rebates promised from them. I am yet to hear a customer call in happy about mobile solutions, i really wish we could punish them sometimes for being such jerks...all we can do is fill out a complaint form and send it to headquarters..i dont even know what happens from there...probably nothing becuase they are still around..avoid that kiosk..mobile solutions are terrible.i dont blame u for being upset
