Thedvdplanet the company is a scam-charges your credit card and never delivers - no phone or address given for complaints - customer service e-mails not responded to None internet

I ordered two DVD sets from TheDVDPlanet.org on Dec. 11th as Christmas presents. Delivery was promised between Dec. 23-25, but never made. My credit card was charged, but no goods delivered.

Went in today (12/29/07) to contact customer service to check on order. Have sent 5 messages to their customer service that promises 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but have not received back a single reply.

When I did a goggle search to find the website I saw all the complaints under the site I was looking for and seeing those people had the same complaint began to become suspisious. In the time it took to call my credit card and report the scam they had gone onto the web search page and slammed multiple "specials" to bump people's comments back several pages where a new customer coming in would not see them.

This so-called company is just a front for illegal activity where they are stealing the funds from your credit card company. I hope if you are reading this it will prevent you from ordering from them so you will not lose your money as I may have.
