I too see so many complaints just like my own. This is sad and probably too bad for all of us! Same song and dance. How can this so-call "professional business" processing as many as 4000 orders a week (according to them) make soooo many major shipping errors in such a short period of time? I feel for all of us as it appears now that we've all one shoved up ours and broke off.
My story goes something like:

Placed 1st order less than 2 weeks ago, charged $229 on check card but yet received "credit card declined" notice from thedvdplanet.org. Still yet the amount was deducted from my account. Canceled 1st order after receiving email saying I could in order to correct dvd title. Thinking they would just transfer the credit I had due to me to my 2nd order I re-ordered a 2nd time. Guess what?! I was billed $199.00 in addition to the first amount of $229. Not yet fearing I had been bilked out of all this money I waited until the expected receiving day of Dec 24th for the 2nd order to arrive. After driving into town an hour away to my place of employment to await the delivery I waited 3 hrs for the mail to run only to have the mail lady tell me "No, I don't have anything for you".

I arrive back home 3.5 hrs later to find a USPS tracking notice saying my package \had arrived to a bogus address in WISCONSIN!!! Yet, I'm in North Carolina! So there ya have it. Lots like several stories here, huh? Please email me at (((ROR REDACTED))) and lets pursue this mess together and united. I have legal contacts in Canada and they assure me they can assist. After all, there's power in numbers, right?? (((ROR REDACTED)))
