I got my tweety clock and also didn't get the remote, I e-mailed and left 4 messages that were never returned. I also bought a 3 year replacement warranty for 10 dollars. If I can't even get them to send the remote, I know I would never be able to use the warranty. Think Tek should be held responsible for all these claims.
