I purchased two silver bomer elctric scooters from Think Tek for my children for Christmas. They did not send a key for one of them and neither one will hold a charge so that my children can ride them.
I have called several times and only obtain an answering machine. Each time the machine states they will get back with me in twenty four hours. It is now January 10, and I have never heard from them.
Now we have two silver bomer electric scooter that cost $179.00 each and do not run. My children are very upset and so am I.

So many are complaining about think tek and the silver bomber. Has any one had in success in getting a replacement or repair. I have been waiting since Christmas with no reply. Maybe a class action suite should be filled.
