Think Tek ripoff deceptive company Parsippany NJ

I ordered Think Tek's Silver Bomber Scooter for my son's birthday in June of 2001 via an internet auction site. The item was put up for auction by Think Tek itself.

Shortly after receiving the scooter, it broke down. I tried to call the customer service 1-800 number and the recording said that "all operators were busy right now, please try your call again later."

I was a little shocked that it did not even offer the option to hold for the next available operator. Nonetheless, I tried many more times that day and received the same recording, never able to get through.

Next I tried their website. It had no information other than the 1-800 number to contact them, not even an email to contact them.

Now it is April of 2002, still the same old story. I keep getting the same recording via their customer service number and when I call after hours, they give you the option to leave a message, fax your concerns or go to their website, which incidentally, NO LONGER EXISTS.

I would absolutely not recommend anyone conducting business with this company for any reason whatsoever.
