Think Tek ripoff Silver Bomber Parsippany New Jersey

I purchased two Silver Bomber scooters. Both had a malfunction.

One I purchased from a reputable department store, they exchanged me for another that broke down shortly after. As an electronic service technician I was able to repair these myself at the time because Think Tek the company who manufactures these units would never return my calls reguarding warranty claims.

I would call the number listed on their paperwork only to get a recording.

After emailing their web site and multible messages I never got a responce.

Months later I finally gave up. After repairing them myself at my own expense they ran for about a month but parts have broken since iuncluding the drive belt which I cannot find elsewhere.

Now I cannot get a responce from them and am stuck with two very expensive paperweights.

Their claim to customer support is fictitious and a waste of time and energy, it consist only of an answering machine that is never responded to.

Their warranty agreement is worthless and this company is capitalizing on other's hard earned money through deception. Once they have your money they ignore you.
