Dealt with Thomas years ago after a Major flood in Houston. I fired him after his men were caught fishing off my pier during work hours....

Never received any compensation returned from him, even was convinced I owed him money when he never finished project. I had to finish project myself, because I had no money left to pay anyone to finish. bad news!!!!!

Smooth talker, comes on as well educated..... yes he's a ATM grad, but he doesn't deserve to carry the paper of such a respected institution. He's a scammer, con, cheat and lowest of low. If you decide to hire him or his company, set up an escrow account and have them handle the draws, NO MATTER the size of the project.
