Thumbtack is a fraud. You need to pay a fee to submit a bid for work. Such as handyman work ect. Yet the information about the work, the location, and names are all fake. For instance, I sent out several bids where I would do the work for free, saying that I needed the practice. In some cases I told the so called customer that I would pay them to let me do the work ! Yet not one person ever called me. I even received complaints on my record from people I never even talked to. Stay away from thumbtack !!!
