It's a TOTAL scam !!!! I wouldn't waste your money. The company makes money by businesses responding to customer inquiries for service. It cost $1.67 for a credit. It costs between 2 and 9 credits to respond to a custoer inquiry for service. You can do the math and see that its not worth it, especially when they are sending bogus inquiries. They send emails saying that the customer responded to a question and the emails didn't match up i.e., the customer would respond to a question never asked by the business.
