Tickets In Time Ticketsintimeonline.com Adele Hollywood Palladium Ticket RipOff June 2011 Omaha, Nebraska

On 2/11/11 I purchased 3 tickets for an Adele concert to be held at the Wiltern Theatre, June 9 2011.( for $ 320.73 in total) I paid with visa and received a confirm of my purchase. On or around May 25,2011, I called Tickets on Time and asked re: my tickets as the venue had been changed to Hollywood Palladium, same date.  I was told, your tix will be sent soon, but don't worry the Palladium will honor the Wiltern Theatre tickets. The venue was changed as the demand for these tickets was so much greater than expected.
 In the confirm sent to me on 2/11/11, it read " We anticipate that your ticket seller will ship your order on or before Thursday, 06/02/2011. Please note that your seller has indicated that this is the latest possible date your tickets may ship and in many cases your tickets are shipped much earlier.","We reiterate that you are guaranteed to receive your tickets prior to the event. However, delivery delays occasionally arise, usually caused by the late distribution of tickets on the part of venues and/or event promoters."
 On June 2nd or 3rd, all of Adele's N. American tour was "rescheduled" due to illness. Since I assumed that the Palladium would honor the tickets I had already purchased, I was not worried.  I had gone on the Hollywood Palladium site and read that they were honoring all tickets.
On June 24th, I called Tickets in Time again, asking when I would receive my tickets, as I heard that Adele was back on tour Aug 17th, same venues, and all venues were honoring those tickets.  I was informed that my tickets were refunded to my credit card on June 9th and that I had been notified by email.  I NEVER received an email regarding this!  If given the option to cancel the contract, I would have said, " No!! I will take my chances with the venue in honoring my tickets". 
Now, MY tickets are being sold by Tickets in Time for 6 1/2 times the price I paid for them.  They rescinded my contract with them without my approval.  I paid $ 320 for 3 tickets and they held my money for 4 months, and then when they realized that they could sell my tickets for more money as the concert had sold out, they gave me back my money and kept the tickets
