On March 6th I bought two NBA Golden State Warrior game tickets from Ticketsmyway.com and never recieved them! About a week before the game I was uneasy because I had not yet recived the tickets. So I had tryed to call multiple times and never could get through to talk to a live person or even to leave a message. Then I tryed to e-mail the company and my e-mail just bouced back. Then I decided to see if the tickets would come. And of couse they did not!
So I had to buy my tickets through anouther ticket holder. So I kept calling until one day I got through (without beind automatically disconnetted) and talked to a representitive, he informed me that their ticket holders did not get them their NBA tickets and I would be refunded in full on my credit card. Now it is March 28th and I have not recieved a refund and now their web site is no longer there.
Now I have reported this to my credit card and will still be calling that number untill I recieve a REFUND! Beware of crooks from ticketsmyway!

Also, if you call the 866 number the recording now says they are out of business and no longer have the ability to send out tickets....

I have no clue what is going on with them, as I have purchased from them before in the past without problem. I am shocked by the recent number of complaints, as they were very responsive and quick to ship back then. I stopped using them when I went with my current broker, only because he is local and his prices are cheaper. I will get in touch with my regular ticket broker who knows all of the other ticket brokers to see if he has some good contact info.
