We purchased tickets to see Cirque Du Soleil in NYC and were totally mislead into thinking that the tickets had a greater face value than they really did. Tickets would have cost $250.00 through Ticketmaster and Ticketsnow.com charged us a total of $450.00 to a show that is not even sold out. We tried contacting them over the phone to answer questions we had and we were disconnected several times. They would not disclose the face value of the tickets, nor would they let us refund the tickets or make any changes even though we called right after the purchase was made. They are a horribly deceptive company and no one should order anything from them. They also lied about where the tickets are shipped from. They claim they never have actual control of the tickets so there is no way of them knowing the face value, however they do ship from their location. Do not use this company!!!
