I purchased a Laptop Computer with a Manufacturers warranty of 1 year from Tiger Direct. When the computer hard disk Drive crashed I tried to claim the warranty from IBM, the manufacturer, and was informed that the warranty had expired one year before Tiger Direct sold me this computer. Because of the warranty denial I had the computer locally repaired and requested reimbursement of the cost.

Letters to Tiger Direct from July 28,2006 and a registered/return receipt letter to the President of Tiger Direct from August 17,2006 remain unanswered as of today, Sept.11,2006

Even after Better Business Bureau in Miami contacted Tiger Direct, they did not respond, except to state they never received a complaint from me, although I have a return receipt copy of the post Office.
