I have purchased a number of items from Tiger Direct but will no longer buy anything from them. They advertise rebates with lots of stuff but trying to collect is something else! No one is available at tiger dierct to address complaints. The fulfillment house seems to deny the rebate request the first time - every time. Sometimes they will rebate after numerous calls and always seem to request additional information.

It is just not worth dealing with Tiger Direct if the rebate is the reason for purchasing from them. Too many other companies on the web who will match their price and have customer service personell that can respond to questions or issues!!!
