TigerDirect guaranteed $70 in rebates sponsored by Computer Associates and said to be paid by OnRebate.com. I followed the rebate procedOures to the letter, and they have not been paid.

E-mail from OnRebate said the checks had been issued; I have not received them. They should have been paid over a month ago.
